We used L’Eat to cater our 350-person wedding and we were overjoyed with the results. L’Eat handled our affairs with professionalism and understanding. The planning process was as smooth as can be, with L’Eat explaining all the intricate details of the menu and informing us of all the possible options. L’Eat was there when we needed them, responding to our questions and emails promptly, putting together the floor-plan and making any revisions that were necessary. L’Eat described what food items were in season at the time of our wedding and even provided valuable advice on the types of dishes to use to accentuate the food. They were patient and respectful with us, in handling our many questions! Food is the main “make or break” of any wedding and our food turned out even more wonderful than expected. The L’Eat staff were always upbeat and friendly. They were a pleasure to deal with. We also used L’Eat for several smaller events surrounding our wedding, all of which were handled with the same helpfulness and classiness from the staff. I hope that every bride, mother-of-the-bride and every wedding planner has as wonderful an experience with their caterer as I had with Niki Duchesnay of L-eat Catering.
Niki provided everything I needed:
An immediate reply to my first contact including all menus emailed to me the same day; same day responses to all my questions during our 3 month correspondence. The night of the wedding Niki was there at the venue to oversee that everything was perfect. And it was! Each course was delivered at the right temperature, each plate had a lovely presentation and at the end of the evening, the top of the wedding cake was boxed and waiting for us in the bride's room.
I highly recommend working with Niki. Niki helped make my daughter's wedding the best wedding of 2011. Prince William and Kate's was nice too.

My name is Penny Sherman and I recently had the great fortune of workingwith Niki to cater my daughter's 5th birthday party.
Niki was amazing to work with. She was sensitive and respectful of my
budget, had amazing ideas food wise and went out of her way to ensure that
my daughter's birthday brunch was perfect.
As this was my first time catering anything, I did my due dilligence and
spoke with people from 3 different catering places. No one made me as
confident as Niki did that the brunch would be just perfect!! And it was!

Hello you two!
Believe it or not, Saturday seems like an age ago!! I guess the
3 events that followed kind of wore me out. But I am back in the
saddle now, and want to thank you both and your whole team for the
wonderful service and food. must tell you again - I was blown away
by the soup! So delicious, and PIPING hot!!! My family was in heaven!
The main was excellent too - the salmon, the rice, the vegs ...
surely plates were coming back empty! Everything was great. Even
got compliments on the wine! What was the Pinot Grigio ... I may
need to buy some of that! And last .... Tony, the new bodum coffee
pots ... great. I had 2 cups, piping hot and delicious. I'm sure
you'll get lots of kudos on those.

One word .... Wow. Words cannot express the gratitude and amount
of satisfaction I am feeling about last night's party. You and your
staff could not have managed a party better - and trust me ... I'm
critical (as you know already). The food was excellent; the set-up
was classy; and your staff was courteous and professional beyond

Dear Deirdre and Tony,
What a great wedding! The décor and the floral arrangements
were elegant, the band was hot and the cuisine was delicious.
From the sensational appetizer, (especially created for us by your
talented chef) to the main course which was scrumptious, to the
beautifully plated dessert; everything was delicious and presented
with creativity and flair. It truly was a feast for the eyes as
well as the tummy. Everyone commented on how delicious the food
was, and how innovatively it was presented.
Let's not overlook the staff who were very professional in their
perfomance. They were efficient and attentive to all the guests.
The whole evening ran very smoothly.
Most of all, my sincere thanks to Deirdre. It was a pleasure working
with you. You are patient and delightful and very tuned into what
the bride's vision was for her special day. And, you made it happen!
